In season  -  Memorial Day thru Columbus Day

• Sunday through Thursday - $175 per night
• Friday, Saturday and Holidays - $225 per night
• Mid-week special - 3 nights for $450
• Add a Thursday or Sunday night to your weekend stay for $100

Off Season  - after Columbus Day until Memorial Day

• Sunday through Thursday - $100 per night
• Friday, Saturday and Holidays - $150 per night
• 7 nights from $500

Policies:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.

Should it become necessary for you to cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 fee. 

Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeit of deposit unless room is re-booked.
